To get results you must enter your Certificate number and Last Name (MUST capitalize first letter of last name)  to download your verification letter.  To search for multiple certifications you must return to page, logout and then refresh the verification page.

If showing Username and Password then Username = Certificate Number and Password = Last Name (with above rules).
